Representing the Client
BGYB would be happy to represent our clients through the construction of a brand new yacht.
Below is a brief explanation of the “construction process”. The BGYB team will work as diligently and professionally as possible to ensure that you get the outcome you want.
1. Preliminary Phase

Discuss owner's expectations during the preliminary meetings

Select builders

Discuss the specifications of the boat and complete the documents which will lead to the construction

Verify the budget and the plans of the build
2. During the construction

Represent and defend the owner's interests to the builder, architects and cases that fall to subcontracts

Confirm that the construction of the boat conforms with the specifications and the contract

Ensure the quality of the construction

Help advise the owner with his / her choices

Establish a bi-monthly report, collecting the information regarding the advancement of the work, decisions to be carried out and management of « change order »
3. At the delivery

Assist and run the tests

Confirm that the boat and its systems work
