Seychelles

The Seychelles are set in the Indian Ocean and it is made up of approximately 115 beautiful islands, each offering you a part of the culture and beauty that the Seychelles is so well known for. The wildlife is fantastic and you are more than likely to spot a giant tortoise. The Seychelles are also home to some of the world's largest bird colonies and the sight of them is something incredible.

The scenery is stunning: one minute you could be on a spotless beach, the next in the midst of a tropical, lush forest, next sitting on some of the worlds most unique rock formations and then snorkelling in sea where you can see some fantastic sealife. If relaxing in this stunning scenery is not for you, then there is also a range of activities you can do, including playing golf, snorkelling and trekking through the forest. Another brillant part of visting the Seychelles is the cuisine which mixes a great range of cultures.

Below are some of the islands that you can visit:

Mahé is the largest island in Seychelles and here you can visit some of the most beautiful Marine Parks south of the equator, which have some divine plant life. The scenery here is varied and you can climb up to the highest point on the island to catch some incredible views across the Seychelles.

Praslin is the island to visit if you are looking to find some of the worlds most stunning and exclusive beaches. In the tropical forests on the island, you will be able to see some incredible birds, such as the Seychelles Black Parrot.

La Digue also offers beautiful scenery, beaches and wildlife including the black paradise flycatcher.

Aride Island is a nature reserve and here you can see some fascinating marine life. You will also be able to dolphins.

Cousin Island offers fantastic birdlife and here you can see some of the worlds rarest creatures.

Curieuse Island is where you can see the world famous giant tortoises.
