YACHT FINDER
History
Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage burst into the Brokerage world in 1992, having been established by Bernard Gallay, an accomplished sailor and Philippe Meylan, a reputable lawyer.
Their aim was to cater to the clientelle in the yachting world, managing the buying and selling of motor, cruising and racing yachts. BGYB, having accomplished this aim, sells a wide range of yachts catering to a wide range of clients.
Furthermore, within only 4 years of the company's creation, BGYB became a member of the MYBA, Mediterranean Yacht Broker Association, to which belong the most important international brokerage companies throughout the world.
In 2005, BGYB decided to introduce both Charter and Yacht Management to the business thus broadening the range of business BGYB has to offer.
Year by year, BGYB have been opening up offices worldwide: in 2007, an office in Moscow was opened, forming a partnership with Oscar Konyukhov, the son of Russian sailor Fédor Konyukov.
Following this, offices have been opened throughout the world, linking BGYB to reputable sailors including Philippe Monnet, François Boucher and Thierry Barrot.
